Franky is an excellent van and we had a great weekend camping. Owners were really helpful and really quick to respond to any questions we had. The van had everything we needed and we would definitely use again.

Well... complete disaster never actually managed to have the camper, which was really disappointing. Full credit must go to Heidi who, did keep us updated and issued a prompt full refund - Don’t let this review put you off, I’m sure many people have had amazing experiences, just a shame we didn’t.

We had a great weekend, the campervan was all that we expected and more, the owner was very helpful and easy to contact.We will defiantly be considering using it again.

Our trip was brilliant. Franky is a lovely camper and service was second to none.

Lovely van and fantastic time at Latitude festival in Suffolk.Van (for Carole and I) plus huge shelter (for visiting friends) worked a treat - super weather and great fun. Camperbug is so easy to use and Richard (owners dad) was lovely making the whole experience a joy.
