Creating a profile

You can create a profile here or get in touch via email, and we’ll help you register on the website.

Adding availability, amenities, extras, and rules

As a van owner, you are in complete control of what to charge per month, which bookings you’d like to take on, and what rules are implemented when hiring out your vehicle. Feel free to add an engaging description of your van alongside the available features and watch the bookings pour in.

Accepting or rejecting bookings

Once your profile is live on the website, it is easy to handle your messages on the website. Hirers will fill in extensive details about themselves, providing peace of mind and transparency when hiring out your pride and joy. Feel free to decline a reservation that doesn’t feel like the right fit for your van.

Effortless contact between both parties

The system will release the contact details of both parties as soon as the reservation is confirmed. Now both the owner and hirer can communicate directly via phone call, WhatsApp, or email to sort out pick-up timings, viewings, etc.
