Campervan: Miss-Blue

Miss Blue is a VW T2 Bay Window. She was manufactured in 1976 and was registered in 1977. She is a beautiful example of a van that was initially exported to the USA, yes she is also a left hand drive she spent 35 years enjoying perfect weather conditions and a laid back beach lifestyle. Due to this she still has the original paintwork and original pop up roof. We are the 5th owners, the 2nd since she was imported to the U.K in 2016. She is a beautiful character and you really feel like you're driving a van from 1977 So pretty inside with the last owner being a carpenter, he lovingly restored the original cabinets and lined the roof with curved wood and a lovely blue sky She comes with a rock and roll bed which sleeps 2 and the pop up roof also provides an extra bed for 2 people, either 2 adults who really like each other, or It's perfect for 2 children to sleep in. It's an adventure climbing up there into your own little den. We are happy to provide all bedding, pillows, duvets blankets for a cosy nights sleep and electric blankets and heaters for cooler seasons. She's kitted out for cooking electric cooker and a BBQ. With all utensils, crockery and cutlery for 4 people. She does not have a sink installed or water connected, but it's not necessary to have a tap to have water We always carry drinking water anyway and extra for washing, cooking and water fights. She gives you the perfect cross over of the camping-glamping experience and she's super cosy, especially at night with the fairy lights on and the candles lit. We are super flexible and open to requests for added extras so just ask She is our pride and joy and we feel like we need to share her with others who also want to have fantastic experiences and make memories, in a little piece of motor history.
