The family-owned Thurso Bay Caravan and Camping Park is a four and a half acre coastal site that blends in the spectacular coastal views with quick access to local attractions and amenities. Overlooking Thurso Bay and the Orkney Islands, the park lies in the very north of Scotland and is an ideal base to explore the Sutherland, Caithness, and the Orkney Isles. Guests can easily access the ferry companies in the area for island-hopping tours or visits to the Orkney Islands set ninety minutes away. The site accommodates sixty-six spacious pitches of which thirty-six are hardstanding, and rest on slightly sloping grass terrain, sandwiched between Thurso Bay and the A9. Shared facilities include a toilet block, individual changing and hot shower rooms, a washing up area, laundry on-site, chemical disposal, six drinking water points, gas exchange, and Wi-Fi access.
